Terms & Policies
PAYMENT POLICy:
For most cases, payment will be required as follows: 50% of the fee upfront before work begins with the other 50% payable upon delivery. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
After an agreement of work has been signed, to cancel the work the client will have to pay the hours worked plus an additional $20.
RUSH FEE:
An increase in 25% will be added to "rush" a project. New timelines will be delivered by the account manager and upon agreement by the client, will be included in the final price.
Satisfaction policy:
If a client is unhappy with a translation, they may raise the issue with the account manager to work toward a resolution which may include a partial or total refund, or a new work order.
